How does this work with creatine supplements? Do you only take it on days you do weights or do you take it every day? Also, is this a permanent thing or do you shrink after stopping. Also, is this like a steroid?

It is not a steroid many people use it. I used to add a scoop to my protein shakes. For me personally it didn't do too much more than make my back break out. I am not saying it does not work it just didn't seem to have too much of an impact on me. I have not had any loss since getting of the stuff.

Creatine is not a steroid, its found in some of the animal foods we eat, like meat.

Creatine basically allows your muscles to take on more water and make your ATP (Just think of it as energy) a bit more. You will gain some water weight when you take it.

You have to take it every day 5g is said to be a good amount. It needs to be built up in your body to be effective. Some people are non responders and it doesn't work, other people put on some big size.

After you stop taking it or "cycle" it off, you will lose some water weight. But because you were able to push so much more when you were on it, you will have at least surpassed your muscle size of when you started.

Its in a ton of supplements already, you may be taking it and just don't know it yet!

Ty both for your responses. I know there is a little in Recovery Drink mix and I use that every day after a hard work out, cardio or ab ripper. I am also taking capsules that my son had but isn't using any more. I take 6 tabs but was thinking of ordering the bodybeast creatine supplement and adding it to my recovery drink. I do not want to get as big as a beast but would love more muscle, more like captain america, less like the hulk lol.
