Insanity; Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
So it says Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs..... Idk how the heck I'm gunna be able to do both I can barley do one!

Did any of you do one in the morning and one later in the day? Or should I just do them right in a row?

Cardio abs is much shorter and it's only a few mins of cardio work in the beginning. The majority is seated ab work or plank ab work. Give it a shot and if you are struggling go back to it later in the day. It starts out with some jumps but it's not a max heart rate, lung burning disk like all the others. You got this! I actually had this workout today. I did the pure cardio workout, then allowed my heart rate to come back down, then did the cardio abs. You can do it!!! Just do the best that you can do.
