I workout at 6am and finish about 7am. I then need to head to work at 8. How do i take my nutrition after my workout. Recovery drink or protein? Do I also try to eat a big meal too? I have heard to use the 4:1 ratio but then for bulk I heard protein. I am supposed to eat a meal soon too!

I am male, 6', 187lbs. Trying to burn fat and get big.

So how should I construct my food intake with my sups. I start with C4 before workouts and have never had a problem. Body Beast is new for me and I want the best results!

The answers to all of your questions are in the Book of Beast, but regarding Post Workout, I keep a 4 to 1 ratio in my Beast Shakes.
