I just finished week 3 today and I did the maximum result workout with the rio extreme. Most of the workouts are Mon-Sat but the maximum result system only has a schedule for Mon-Fri, so do I take a break Saturday and Sunday or do I do the normal Saturday I would've done if I had stuck to the original flat and shape week 3? I'm due to workout this afternoon so if anybody has any advice it would be appreciated! Thanks!

First CONGRATULATIONS on your commitment and I find that this program is offering the option to a bit more flexibility due to the workouts involved in the program set up but if you happen to have a particular area of the body, beyond the booty that you'd like to work more, say melt more fat or work some more core, then by all means add in that DVD on the Saturday or even better yet, take a walk or jog outdoors so that you introduce a completely different element to your program and body!!!

This will not only offer you some movement but you will reap the benefits that go along with being outdoors and with Nature. Fresh air. Sunshine. A way to release and free your mind for a while. A great stress release and you move the body differently when in a 'continuous' move forward so you will be working even different body parts and muscles than with the BBL program it self.
