Well hi people.

Newbie here, today is my big day for starting slim in 6.

Currently 95 kg about 15 stone. Scary.

I have yo yo ed for year. Down to 70kg then back to at heaviest 102 kg.

Would like to get back to 70kg again and once at 80kg get back to jogging which I love.

So hopefully hello energy goodbye lethargy.

Welcome to the site!! So exciting getting started isn't it! You sound like you are tired of the up and down, I too was that way and I tell ya, this site and all of it's tools really changed all of that for me! Getting moving and in a regular excersize plan will be good! Don't forget to watch your nutrition as well! It plays a huge part of your energy as well!
