Hey everybody,
I get how P90X works on changing up the workouts so that your muscles never get fully acclimated to a schedule. So theoretically, if I had 50 workout DVDs and just cycled through them all, I could push the MC concept to the limits and never really hit a plateau. Or does this idea fall short somewhere and I'm missing it?
Does MC require the little bit of repeat (i.e. the 3-week phases of P90X) in order to get full benefits?
I want to explore this before designing some hybrids with the programs I have already.
