I've been doing an insanity / p90x hybrid and finish up in a week. I go on holiday 3 weeks afterward and wondering what is the best thing to do in that 3 week period... do 3 weeks of month 1/2/3? Switch to a dedicated 3 weeks of P90x or Insanity?
So you finish the hybrid...then have 3 weeks off before you go on holiday? First question is whether your last week of the hybrid is your recovery week? I know the hybrid we followed did not incorporate a recovery week that last week. If not, I would definitely do that for the first week. Then I would just do your favorite workouts! Make sure not to do the same back to back--don't do Chest & Back on Monday and then Back & Biceps on Wednesday--try to follow the phases. Or just do Cardio workouts...I am making my own workouts until we start the hybrid next week!
