I've done the calculations for the amount of calories I have to eat daily, but what about on your rest days? Do you just eat the same as if it was a day when you're working out? I'm very curious since on rest days you won't be burning as much calories because you won't be working out. Any ideas?

I eat the same in rest days as I do on workout days. The idea behind it is I am giving my body the extra calories and nutrition to use to help repair and recover from the week it just went through. I don't know if that works for everyone but it has worked for me. I have lost 121 lbs and won the December beachbody challenge, check out the video on the home page, I am Justin B in the 30-39 year old group. I second that, keep eating the same calories and PCF ratios even on your rest days. Your muscles "build" when you are resting so you need to keep feeding them "fuel"!
