How did the Ultimate Reset work for you?
I am debating buying the Ultimate Reset. I'm wondering how it went for you. Was it hard to stay on track? Taste bad? Need advice!emoticon

Good Morning!
I did the Reset last year. Was it hard? Yes, for me it was harder than a workout program (that's just being honest). Why? First, it was hard for me to "not workout" for 21 days. You are allowed only 2 vigorus 30 min walks per day. Second reason is because it was completely new for me to try foods I'd never heard of.

I did the program for the "Reset" not to lose weight. What happened? I lost 7 lbs without trying AND my body was "reset".

I'd love to talk more about the program with you and answer any questions you might have.

I lost 11.2 pounds doing it and loved it! I was hesitant because of the price at first but glad I did it, it changed my life, and I inspired others who inspired me to become a coach emoticon Staying on track was easy...I found the hardest part was cooking all the meals. when I do it again in 6 months I will just pick two or three meals each week and use those as leftoversemoticon I was really surprised at the positive impact it had on my weight, my permanant diet changes after the reset and my happiness emoticon

I love it! I was not easy and a ton of prep, but very well worth it!! What questions do you have? I just helped a teammate through it and they lost 16 lbs! emoticon

Hi! I would say that, yes, the reset worked for me! Like others have mentioned it wasn't easy and it does take a lot of dedication but I think the physical results I got plus the sense of accomplishment I had for sticking to the plan and getting results was well worth the difficult times!

Overall, I would recommend it!

Day 11 and so fare,I feel good with stable energy all day. Sleep like a champ. No heartburn. Blood pressure is down to normal. I hate vegetables and love meat. That being said it has been real difficult eating these meals. I am tired of vinegar mixed salad dressings. I think the dinners are horriable, except for two dinners, so far. I have a strong craving for unhealthy foods, all day and night. No problems with the supplements. I shoot the alkalizer down. The detox little more difficult but no problems. I do not feel like I am detoxing though. On day 3 I had all the flu like symptons times 5, including puking for 6 hours. One night I woke up in sweats and I am always cold. Outside of that nothing. Hope it is actually working. Not why I am doing this cleansing but I have lost 12lbs. Everything is fitting quit different. So far I give it a 8.

I loved the reset. It was hard at times, yes. But it was so worth it. The food was really good for the most part. There were a few recipes I didn't like. I still make many of the recipes today, months after I finished, so there are some real keepers. It also really boosted me into a healthier, fitter life afterwards so the after effects were worth it for me. I am definitely going to do it again eventually.
