I just started insanity and i noticed on the calendar some days have 2 videos, do i do both pure cardio and cardio abs back to back on day 13? Thanks for any help!

Hi there. You will find that some days have 2 workouts to complete. If you can. do them back to back. If not, it's ok, just get them both done. When I did them I would finish my first workout, then allow myself to catch my breath and let my heart rate come down before going on to the second. Another option is to do one in the morning and one in the evening. Do what's best for you and your time. Any help you need, just ask emoticon
