Hi there. You will find that some days have 2 workouts to complete. If you can. do them back to back. If not, it's ok, just get them both done. When I did them I would finish my first workout, then allow myself to catch my breath and let my heart rate come down before going on to the second. Another option is to do one in the morning and one in the evening. Do what's best for you and your time. Any help you need, just ask
