First time p90x Lets do it TOGETHER!!! Staring in and around February!
I have used every excuse in the book, including my dog ate it!

Well actually he did try to eat my discs and did a pretty good job of destroying them, so I became a coach for the discount.

Now I am ready to help myself and hopefully some others along the way.

I am starting p90x this week with my little brother. I am hoping to drag him over my house so we can do it together.

Day one DONE!!!

my brother came over at 930 this am, for some reason I have miss placed my pull up bar

How do I lose something that big?!? Oh well modify it was

We did legs instead because I thought it would have less pull ups, oops I was wrong, so we did push ups instead

All I can say is OUCH!!! My legs are sore

Already made plans for tomorrow work-out is at 130p

day 5 today!

Its good seeing my 24 year old brother struggle too, he's at 12.5% body fat and in good shape makes me feel better about struggling myself!

Day 6 rest day, my brothers and my schedule didn’t mesh today so we rested

Day 7 kenpoX
Got it in just in time to shower and go over my parents for the first quarter before meeting my husband at the bar. I am from Baltimore so we are all huge Ravens fans, Its just a different atmosphere with 100 other fans going crazy at every play had a great time
Didn’t eat the most nutritious meals today but kept it under my calorie goal so not a huge set back, gotta work on the diet a lil more but I am getting there

Now about to get ready to work tonight in the ER, it should be pretty busy since everyone avoided it last night for the superbowl

im redoing week 2 since i was out all day thur due to a dr appt and have been hurting. so tonight is day "8" for me to! good job! how are you liking it? ever do it before?

I like it, I am really sore, so that's a good thing.

Stairs are the worse, up and down is killing me. Thankfully no stairs at work or I would be in trouble.

I have started many times but never finished. This is actually the first time I finished a whole week!

I am determined to finish this time, I know it's not going to be easy but It is going to be so worth it!

ha i know what you mean, i have stairs at home, they are a paint to go up and down! when i lived in my apt i had 3 flights! that was the worst! ive tried on and off too

the longest was almost a full month, saw good results. i just slacked off due to working soo much ! 12+ days for a while
but i like it!

its just harder for me now since i have more stuff wrong with me than previous times

good job! any results yet? have you checked, my first week i lost i think 5inches total?

I have gained almost 20 pounds since getting married April last year, I have a ton of trips planned and just want to be fit and look my best so I can keep up with everyone. My husband plays softball and we do a lot of traveling with that. We are actually going to Myrtle Beach next week and since gaining the weight I am really self conscious

I have lost 2 pounds in the first week, no measurements yet I need to do that today so I can see how well I am doing, I know not to stress on the weight. My scale also does body percent fat, which isn’t always accurate but I do it in the am as soon as getting up and it has been pretty consistent.

Day 9
Pylo DONE my husband had off today since he works in Downtown Baltimore, and since we WON YAY!!! The victory parade was today and it was crazy 100,000s of people flooding the streets, crazy.

Anyway he did it with my brother and I today, now he knows its not as easy as he thought it was. He even stuck it out for the whole thing. I thought for sure he would have given up before the half way mark!
