I've done a few of the workouts for Rockin Body and I'm having some issues. I'm 5'4, 105 lbs and just want to tone my body. My problem with this workout is I can't keep up at all. Will it get easier? I may just be clumsy and uncoordinated. What can I do to keep up with them. I usually get one step wrong and then I'm lost and can't get back into the groove. They seem to move a bit too fast for me. Should I send it back and get a new/different workout?

Hello. It should get easier with practice and work. You just have to try not to get frustrated and keep pushing play! Try your best! But, if you feel the program isnt for you then send it back and get something different. Beachbody has a great return policy so if you want to take advantage of it and you feel like this program isnt you, then go ahead and send it back and try something different. With all programs though, you need to not worry about the people on the tv and just worry about yourself. You wont keep up at first with any program. It takes practice and putting in the dvd every single day! emoticon

Thank you. I figured I wouldn't get it right away but I am easily frustrated. I think I'll give it a week or two more to see how it is then.

When I started Rockin Body on Jan. 28 at 279 lbs. I have done it a week and have lost 1 lb but lost some inches and my butt, legs & stomach I can already tell a difference in them..After doing it a week I can vouch and say the steps get easier as you remember the different workouts and I LOVE doing it...I have several beach body workouts (brazil butt lift, insanity & P90X) and I feel like I am just to big right now to conquer those (I'm VERY large chested too which makes jumping hard) BUT I WILL work myself up to those workouts as well! I'm very pleased with Rockin Body...give it a week or two before you throw in the towel! emoticon Good luck!

You may have figured out the answers all ready. But for me and my husband - we tripped, we struggled but the music kept us going. It has grown on us. We are are day 26. Since we had some struggles we are going to go through it 2 more times. For us - you can't help but move with the music and all the energy Shaun T has! You want to dance no matter how hard it is. Hope you stuck with it

I had that exact same question, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I use to cheer when I was younger and thought I'd catch on to the moves pretty easily, but I am only on day 2 and struggling to keep up like crazy.. I know you posted your question about a month ago, but curious on how you are doing with it now? emoticon
