DAY 1: Dont forget to do your "Before" measurements and pictures. If you have questions on the proper pics and measurements to take, just let me know and i will help you out. You want to do this so you can see a difference as you progress through the program. You also will be able to submit your information at the end for a chance to win prize money!

Day 2 is upon us! you dug deeper the first day and learned a little more about the intensity of the workouts. Don't forget to breaks as needed. You are certainly not required to keep up with Shaun!

Well today was day 1 for me

Switch kicks-59 (2kicks=1rep)

Power jacks-47

Power knees-54

Power jumps-19

Globe jumps-6 (4jumps=1rep)

Suicide jumps-9

Push-up jacks-15

Low plank obliques-40

Not impressive,but finally got started.
