I have gone through so many workout programs and gym memberships and diet fads, it's ridiculous. I saw 10 minute trainer on tv and, after reading up on it, decided to go ahead with it. emoticon I actually have no problem with how I look now. But I am going to school to be a paramedic and losing a bit of weight and building up some muscle wouldn't hurt. I just hope I stick with this. I'm very excited to start in the road to a healthier me. I am here to look for support and motivation from anyone who
is willing to give it. emoticon

Hey Kayla,

Congrats on starting 10 Minute Trainer!! It's a lot of fun, and it's really effective. I am 23 and have a small workout area and TMT fit perfectly into my room and time even during exams emoticon Congrats on going to school to be a paramedic. I graduated in 2010 and am a teacher. I couldn't handle all of the blood in medicine and am so thankful others can! emoticon I host a free, secret facebook group where we share our workouts, meal plans, progress, questions, tips, and motivation. We also do a monthly challenge and giveaway. It's a lot of fun and most of the members are women in their 20s-30s. Would that be something that would help you stay committed to your goals? Having a group of healthy friends, even online, has helped me stay committed to my workouts and goals so maybe it would do the same for you! emoticon

I did the same thing as you! I saw an info-mercial for TmT and thought "what the hell...I have 10 mins every day". I got the confirmation email today that it should be here on or before Feb 5th which is great timing because Feb 8th is the dreaded 3-0 for me. I can't wait to start the program but I have to say that I am very nervous! I was pretty athletic in high school but not even remotely during my 20s. Now running around after a toddler takes all of my energy and then some!

Welcome to both of you!

I started Ten-Minute Trainer in December and I am 50 days into a 60 day challenge right now. It is a great program. I started out doing 2 workouts (20 minutes) a day and after 30 days I moved up to 3. With TMT and Shakeology I lost 10 lbs so far and my clothes are fitting better. I was so excited about the program and my results that I just signed up to be a Team BeachBody coach. Feel free to add me as a buddy and ask if you have any questions about the workout.

Hello! I just bought mine today. I got the 3-5 day deliver so hopefully I can start next week. I turn 30 in July, I have started creeping over my high weigh point and will need LOTS of motivation to get started and STAY ON TRACK lol. Good Luck to you!

That is great! If anyone here wants to do a support group for TMT we could start a WOWY group on BeachBody or a Facebook group. Let em know if anyone is interested. You can write a note here or send me a buddy request and note. I just finished a 60 Day Challenge of TMT and had great results!

Alright! Got the program spent a few days reading through and watching the videos to learn the moves. Today completed my first workout "Cardio". Focus on learning the moves and the form. I have injured my knee just b4 Christmas and some of the move I felt it tweak so I need to pick up a support brace. But I am very excited to have gotten started.

Diet wise.

I had a protein shake when I woke up.

1 whole egg and 3 egg white omelet w/ cheese

Glass of OJ and a cup of coffee.

Hello there WickedStory. Congratulations on becoming a Team Beachbody member, also a huge congratulations on deciding on finding something that will inspire you. Get you moving. Keep in mind that since you purchased this and arent satisfied 100%, you can return it within 30 days. I really recommend you take your time. Don't over work yourself. Eat clean, train mean. I wish you all the best and I know you can do it. I may be 240 pounds but I started at 300 and I am still fighting. I added you if you ever need support!

Don't overwork your knee just do what you can. Possibly modifications for whats too rough. You can do this though. Keep going franknj1!
