LET'S BEGIN THIS NEXT CHAPTER OF THE JOURNEY ON FEBRUARY 1st, 2013......HEADING RIGHT TOWARD, INTO & THROUGH SPRING....

I will be doing a MODIFIED P90X "LEAN" WORKOUT SCHEDULE, and will commit to a FAT SHREDDER OF MINE OWN THROUGH THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

LUNCH EVERYDAY IN FEBRUARY: Shakeology and/or salad

SNACKS: P90X Protein Bars

I WILL DRINK 1+ GALLONS OF WATER DAILY.

Time to hit the mat and rip through AB RIPPER X and then off to bed.

LOOKING FORWARD TO SHARING MY EXPERIENCE AND HELPING OTHERS GET FIT.

LET'S DO IT TOGETHER - FIGHTING OBESITY AND DIABETES ALONG THE WAY!!

early morning workouts 1st time pure cardio

Up early this morning - I'm going to hit up CARDIO X to get the day started.

TIP: It's best to do your workouts - especially cardio - in the early AM. That's when you burn the most body fat and it jump starts your metabolism for the rest of the day.emoticon

It's time to hit CHEST - I'm going to try something different tonight preparing for the BIG START on FEBRUARY 1st.

Tonight's workout with alternating hand positions;
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks
10- push-ups
25 jumping jacks

For a total of 100 push-ups!!!

200 PUSH-UPS (8 sets of 25 with varying hand positions.

AB RIPPER X to finish the workout.
