Ok, first off, I had a very similar issue when I did Insanity, didn't loose any and actually gained some, let me ask you this first, did you take pics and measurements? This is VERY important! If you did check those first, see if there is a difference. What was your goal with Insanity? From your profile pic you don't look like you were needing to lose weight, so it most likely is muscle. How are your clothes fitting, do you see more muscle tone?
You said you are following the 40/40/20 plan. If you can give me your height,weight, and age I would be able to know more where you should be. If you don't want to post it you can message me instead. It could even be where you are placing certain foods in your diet. Let me know, Hope this helps!

I am 5'2 and 143 pounds. i want to lose more fat and the picture is not very recent haha. i am also 18 years. do you think it is wehre i am placing foods? i do not eat any carbs past morning time excpet for a protein bar. i eat my carbs for breakfast and morning snack
