So I just started Tai Cheng after not working out for over 2 years. I am really enjoying it, but am having one issue. During the Neural Reboot, I am having problems supporting myself with my upper body to do the foam rolling on my knees and claves. Does any one have an idea for some modification I can do so that I am still getting the benefit of the rolling while I continue to re-build strength in my upper body???

I know he rolls back and forth kinda fast, but you could just sit on your butt and go a lot slower. Results shouldn't change that much.

Can't really think of a better idea right now, but if I do I'll be back! lol

A lot of people have this issue when starting the program, the foam rolling really does require a good amount of upper body strength. If you have not done so already to to Ustream.com and search for Beachbody. In the list of past broadcasts there is a video chat with Dr. Cheng. Take a look at that it is a little long but he does talk about the program and even address the exact question you have and shows another way to do that roll without putting as much stress on the upper body. Hope this helps, keep up with the program it is awesome, it is one of the ones I did while on my way to losing the 121 lbs I have lost and the December Team Beachbody Challenge.
