Hi everyone.

I have had the program in my drawer for the last year, and finally decided to dust it off and give it a try...Did my first day yesterday, and while I can run 5k without insane effort, my muscles are sore today. Decided to do Recharge today instead of resting. Just thought I would pop in and say hello...I hope to find some folks to chat with to keep me coming here...I need the accountability!!

Glad to see you have started the program. It's normal that you will be sore today because you are using muscle that you don't normally use while running. I use to be very sore after my workouts and the second day was always the worse, now I take a recovery drink right after and it like night and day how much better I feel.

I just started on the 30th! Did the 2nd workout today and was really feeling it. I have been looking at the meal plans but was wondering if there is carb/ protein/fat ratio anyon goes by that they seem to see results on? I am normally a runner and still have races planned so I may try and do that on the rest days. It's a fun workout though and it goes by so quickly!

I've been using a ratio of 40% carb, 20% fat and 40% protein and it worked really well for me. I track it through myfitnesspal.com
