Looking for work out buddies who want to start with me. I completed Insanity a couple of years ago but started make bad health choices shortly afterwards. My weight has balloned back to 200 lbs. after dropping from 211 to 172 using beachbody workouts. Ready for a new challenge and to resuming a healthy lifestyle.

That is so great!! You are on the right track!! I just finished LMP and I loved it so much I'm doing it again! Only this time my husband is doing it too with me. I will be doing a hybrid version incorporating some p90x in there bc I haven't done that one. I can buddy request you as an accountability piece for you? I definitely see more definition and toning. What's great about it is it's great for males and females!

Ok sounds Great Lori, I actually went back and looked and it was September of 09' that I completed Insanity and started P90X and did two months of it. Since then it has been off and on trying to get back on track. I wish I could get my wife to do the workouts with me but she hates working out and stays skinny anyways, lol.

I just finishing up a 60 day Ten-Minute Trainer challenge and have been loving it. I am training for a sprint triathlon in July and I am excited to be getting started with PUMP as my resistance piece for that training. I am loving the BeachBody workouts so far.

Good for you for getting back to your workouts! Just keep pushing play and you will get there! Feel free to add me as a buddy if you want.

I just recieved mine yesterday! Can't wait! I plan on starting mine today! I would love some accountability! Most of the people I'm connected with are doing Insanity and Combat right now. I completed insanity in October and then kinda fell off the exercise wagon...I broke a rib riding a tube behind my ski boat, and couldn't exercise for a while. I have gained 20 lbs back and desperately want to get it off before boat season again! Send me a buddy invite if you'd like!

I am working straight graveyards until the end of the month, still debating if I want to work out when I get home or after I wake up in the afternoon. I am going to do the first workout in the morning when I get home. My starting weight is 203 lbs. and my goal is to be at 180 by the end of the 90 days so we shall see how it goes. I am going to take pictures tommorow for my starting point.

We have the same goals to...I am at 200 right now, and I'd like to be at 180 by the 90 day mark. What are you planing to do for your cardio days?

I am not walking that's for sure. I will probably do the combat video and maybe some insanity workouts when I get in better shape.I may have to start with the old P90 cardio or fat burning express.emoticon

Completed the Pump challenge and the Core DVD already, my Cardio is running, my annual PRT is coming up in April and right now I'm at 174 I would love to get weighed in with out having to get taped, I have to be 155 for that so that is my goal. I also want to add more pushups to my test.
I don't know If I mentioned I'm active duty... emoticon so you probably have no idea what I'm talking about.

Last night I got my new workout space cleaned up. I felt like I needed a little more room for this workout. My room that I did insanity in has low ceilings and when I had to lift my hands high, I would stick fingers in the ceiling fan. I figured that I would rip the ceiling fan down with a barbell. So I will be hitting play this afternoon. I will check back in with ya'll once I get done.
Why don't we all do a little intoduction check in? Tell our names, where we're from, fitness goals, and anything else we'd like to share. The last group I was in, we did this and it helped to get to know who we are working out with. Also if you subscribe to this message board, you will get emails and you can go to your subscriptions and find the board easier.

I am Kelley Register, 36 year old single mom of a 17 year old boy. I own a family restaurant in Graceville Florida, so I work at least 60 hours a week and at least 3 days a week I am working at least 13 hours a day.
My fitness journey started in August of 2012. I had bought Insanity 2 years earlier and had tried it once and it killed me so it sat on top of my tv for 2 years. I finally got fed up with the extra weight and August 1 2012 I pushed play. I completed insanity in the 63 days and I felt awesome. I was seeing muscle that I never knew I had. I was stoked, I started drinking Shakeology and signed up as a Beachbody coach. Then a few weeks after finishing insanity, I broke my rib. I couldn't work out, and got kinda depressed. When I do bad, I do real bad. I started eating everything again and was not getting the exercise I was used to. I gained 20 lbs and several inches....I will know exactly how many tonight when I do my measurements. I'm sure it's quite a few because I didn't lose weight with insanity, just alot of inches. So now I'm 20lbs heavier than I was when I started in August. I am looking for accountability and support, and I am here to give all the support I can.

I was stationed in Norfolk for 4 years so I know what you are talking about. I did the pump challenge and it went quickly and didn't feel like I did much til I woke up for work and my legs were sore. I figure a couple of weeks and it should get better. I just used 5 lbs on everything but will up the weight wednesday except for the squats til the soreness gets better.

My name is Thomas Carson but everyone calls me Kit. I live in Sweeny, Tx which is south of Houston on the gulf coast. I started out in 08' with the original P90 and weighed 212 pounds, I completed Insanity in September of 09' and weighed 173 lbs and was in the best shape of my life. I did 60 days of P90X in early 2010 then fell back into some bad habits and am currently 203 lbs. I am 40 years old been married to my wife Debbie for 14 years and have a soon to be 18 year old daughter from a previous marriage. I enjoy sports, hunting, fishing and I work for Phillips 66 as a process operator.

My legs were shaking tonight during the workout, I'm assuming that it is because I haven't really done much since December. I didn't burn enough calories doing pump challenge so I added 40 minutes of bike to the mix. I am so ready to see the changes. I stayed within my calories today too...it's been a long time since I tracked my food and tracked my water. What are ya'll planning to do for tomorrow? Are ya'll going by the calendar that came with LMP?
