Brazil Butt Lift - Day 2 - High & Tight
Hi,

I just have a quick question. I just completed day 2 - High & Tight. The workout schedule I am doing is for the Lift and Shape. When I put the DVD in it gave me 4 options - standing with or without ankle weights and lying with or without ankle weights. I chose the lying with or with ankle weights (needed to lie down after that day 1 Bum Bum workout which kicked my butt - literally!!) ... anyway the workout was only about 16-17 mins but the workout calendar says 35 mins. Should I be doing just one of the workouts (which was my choice ) or should I have done 2 out of the 4 workouts?

Any replies would be received gratefully!

Hi Za,

I'm on week four of BBL. I do all 4 of the workouts in a row. I just select play all. I think it is ok to do them in any order that you wish. Especially if you did not have time to do them all at once you could break it up if you wanted. Bum Bum is a really tough workout. I did it last night and can definately feel it today.

Thanks for responding. I am really impressed with your progress - can't wait to get to week 4 and see what my behind will look like.
Did you - from day 2 - do all 4 of the High and tight workout? If you did I am super-impressed.
How has your body changed over the 4 weeks?

Welcome to BBL! I'm just starting week 5 and really enjoy the program. (haven't missed a workout yet!)
I hit play all for the High and Tight. As Leandro says "It's all about the angles" so do them all. Spreading each segment out through out the day if you are pressed for time is a good suggestion.
I did not use the bands the first week but have every workout since. Have not and probably won't in future use the ankle weights.

I had the same question! there was no way I could Play All, after already having done Cardio Axe (and needing to get to work,) but I like the suggestion of playing them through the day. I think I'll likely do 2 of the 3 (or is it 2 of the 4), then add the remaining one(s) to other workouts on other days.

how are you liking it?
