Chest and Back is still the hardest
I'm currently in my 3rd week of the exercises, and I'm able to now keep up better with each exercise without feeling like dying. But Chest/Back day is still the hardest. I'm 5'6" and 166lbs and I still can't do more than like 8 full regular push-ups. I do pretty much all of them on my knees, and near the end, I'm too wiped to do decline push-ups so I just do regular ones on my knees. And I can't do any pull-ups on my own, I always have my foot on a chair with taking a lot of weight off.

Are doing knee push-ups going to slow down progress? I have a machine that can do lat pull-downs, should I use that instead of using a pull-up bar?
