Hi everyone,

I'm so excited on starting p90x soon!!!!

My goal is to get healthy, have more energy, get stronger, maintain weight and get toned.. I'm 5'7" 139 lbs and I'm a size 8 and sometimes a 6 in certain brands.
Does anyone know how to get through the program while achieving these goals? I'm really hoping I stay the same size.

It may take a little adjusting, but simply add portions to the portion plan.
My weight decreased too much, so I added about 400 calories per day...2 protein portions and one carb portion. Did the trick.
You can tailor that calorie total to your own needs.
