I see improvement in your back and under your sports bra. I finished my first round 3-4 wks ago and I did lose but not as much as I thought I would.

I guess I thought I was going to be cut up after one time of doing it.

But sometimes I think if you have a lot to lose, it's going to take a few rounds to get where you want to be.

I started my second round this week. Let's see how much more I can lose. I kept off what I had lost last time around. I do have more energy and I am not as tired and out of breath as I was before. I can do 4 flights of stairs no problem. Before my arm would start hurting and I was breathing as if I had just ran the 100 yard dash. Keep going! It's true about seeing most of the results in the second month. Even If you lose some weight/inches, it's a start to being healthy. Life long change.
