Hi Im beside myself now. I started Insanity in November last year. My fitness overall according to the fitness test results has increased by 58 % !! so I am more than pleased but my knees are not so much .... I was fine until I started month 2. Month 1 took longer than a month due to life stuff, health, christmas etc etc, but I never gave up ! i turned 40 on new years day and ive been determined to go into my forties fit and healthy. Im not obese but i am rather "burlesque" all in proportion but in need of shrinkage and less bounceage

I started month 2 in January and ive suffered badly with my knees. Ive eventually gone back to month 1 today but even after resting for a week my knees are hurting again and its been like this all month on and off. i bought some knee jumper straps as i thought it was all the jumping causing the problems but so far i just have constant aching and throbbing in the knee area. its so upsetting and frustrating ! This is the first ever exercise programme ive enjoyed doing and dont get bored with!! your programme is genious, all the different workouts are so motivational! Im based in the UK and Davina McCall is only amusing for a max of 5 views ! (thats funny to UK babes)Your programmes dont mess about, get in, sweat, get out. I do NOT want to stop but I dont know what to do about my knee pain ?? Do I work through it? Is it the muscles around my knees getting stronger? should i rest?, see a physio? am i maybe doing something wrong? - i do however work really hard on form- Im not seeing the weight loss or toning benefit as i should because of the constant breaks im having with knee pain.

please help ! ...i have to say though my botty is as solid as breezeblocks and my bobbilies stand to attention more now than they did when i was sweet sixteen !! Still recommend Insanity to anyone and everyone who isnt already fed up of hearing me harp on about it
