Hey everyone! I am new here and looking to add buddies that are also doing the 10 Min Trainer. I would like to be able to motivate and be motivated and I think it will be easier if I have buddies doing the same program. I am a single mom of an adopted 3 year old and have a wonderful boyfriend. I have lost 60lbs from dieting over the past year, but I felt it was time to step it up. Hope everyone is well and enjoying their fitnesws journeys!

Way to go on your weight loss already! That is something to be very proud of. I have A TMT group going on right now they are on week of of the second time through the program if you would like to join in send me a buddy request. I am running it as a private group on Facebook so you can be comfy with sharing your journey without the world seeing it. If you want in the group just let me know.

I'm in the same boat,so to speak. This whole thing is brand new, the program and this site. Any tips to help navigate around here would be greatly appreciated. In the mean time don't give up! Remember what the scales say is different than the measuring tape. One thing I've learned is that if you are doing what you need to do that dumb scale has to give in sooner or later! lol. Drink plenty of water through the day even if you don't like it. Water helps to flush out the impurities from your system which includes fat. It also helps your cells to look younger and regenerate.
