How is Insanity going?? I love my Shakeology and I think it's great when you are doing such a tough workout. It's good as a mini-meal.
I like the Chocolate (vegan or regular...but regular is my fav) and Tropical. The Greenberry is rouuughhh stuff taste wise. I never could figure out what to mix with it. I like the chocolate with skim milk and sometimes peanut butter. The tropical is great with vanilla almond milk or water with frozen fruit. YUM! I like getting the flavors alternated each month to mix things up a bit. ;)
It's helped me reach my goal weight and maintain it through the holidays and my birthday (it's in january). I like knowing I am eating healthy and it's so easy to fix. I blend it and put it in a shaker cup for lunch or breakfast.
I also used to have digestion problems....IBS or just never could go. Shakeology has balanced it out. I will say it takes about 3-5 days for you to really see the effects of that though. The first couple of days you are just going to notice the taste and how filling it is. Does that make sense?
