Hey everybody, I am over half way on my LesMills Combat (which I love) but I really miss my lifting days. I ended two rounds of the Body Beast before I started the combat. My question is, does anybody know about a hybrid between LesMills Combat and either P90x or BodyBeast? Thanks bunch.

I've been trying to figure out something like myself but here is just an idea. Swap out from P90x Plyo for either Shock Plyo Hitt 2 and or Lower Body Lean. Kenpo for almost any Combat workout that has punching and kicking like Combat 45 or 60 etc. You could swap out Shoulders and Arms for Power Hiit1 and or Upper Body Blow Out. Inner Warrior stretch for X-stretch

Funny you should mention that, I am finishing up combat and was thinking of doing the same thing. This is kind of what I have in mind.

Keep the lifting days the same and swap the following.

1. PLYO for HIIT Plyo
2. Kenpo for Combat 60/Combat 60 Live
3. Combat stretch for X Stretch.
4. Every now and again combat core for ab ripper.

I am still kind of playing with that and tweaking a little but that is kind of my thought right now.Let us know what you come up with if it is a little different.

I was just working on a hybrid for Combat & P90X2 last weekend and made up several different versions. If you use P90X and Combat, then you can substitute the similar P90X workouts for the P90X2 ones listed here. Here is one (of many) possible versions of a 90-day P90X2/Combat Hybrid. Feel free to modify as necessary.

Weeks 1-3: Foundation Phase
Day 1: X2 Core
Day 2: Shock Plyo HIIT (+/- Combat 30)
Day 3: X2 Total Body & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 4: X2 Yoga
Day 5: X2 Balance + Power
Day 6: Combat 45 & Core Attack
Day 7: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility

Weeks 4-6: Strength Phase
Day 1: Chest + Back + Balance & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 2: Shock Plyo HIIT & Inner Warrior
Day 3: X2 Shoulders + Arms & Core Attack
Day 4: X2 Yoga
Day 5: Base + Back & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 6: Combat 45
Day 7: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility

Weeks 7-9: Strength Phase
Day 1: V Sculpt & Core Attack
Day 2: Plyocide & Inner Warrior
Day 3: X2 Chest + Shoulders + Tris & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 4: X2 Yoga
Day 5: Base + Back & Core Attack
Day 6: Combat 60
Day 7: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility

Week 10: Recovery Week
Day 1: X2 Core
Day 2: Combat 30
Day 3: X2 Yoga
Day 4: X2 Recovery + Mobility
Day 5: Shock Plyo HIIT
Day 6: X2 Yoga
Day 7: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility

Week 11-13: Performance Phase
Day 1: PAP Lower
Day 2: Warrior 1 Upper Body & Core Attack
Day 3: X2 Yoga
Day 4: Combat 60 or 60 Live
Day 5: Warrior 2 Lower Body & Inner Warrior
Day 6: PAP Upper
