Hello. How is your diet? It needs to be clean! Also it is normal to fluctuate weight at first with a program like this. So dont stress to much about it. Also dont weight everyday and dont weight in the middle of the day. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything! That will make a difference in your weight as well!
Dont get down man keep on pushing play and keep working hard! If you eat clean and work your butt off you will see the results. Give it a bit of time!
