Hello. How is your diet? It needs to be clean! Also it is normal to fluctuate weight at first with a program like this. So dont stress to much about it. Also dont weight everyday and dont weight in the middle of the day. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything! That will make a difference in your weight as well!

Dont get down man keep on pushing play and keep working hard! If you eat clean and work your butt off you will see the results. Give it a bit of time! emoticon

hey man, hold your head up an know that you are doing something better than you were before. our bodies are so strange and our weight fluctuates so much. it sounds like it might come down to your diet. Are you following the Insanity nutrition guide? If not i highly recommend you do. It can seriously be the deciding factor in your program. When I committed to the nutrition as much as i did the workouts, I got my best results. How far into the program are you? And your weight.... is that 204?

Santos-

I understand that it can be frustrating but there are a few things to remember. Insanity or any other workout is just a small part of your day. In order to achieve maximum results you will need to develop a solid nutrition plan, stay active, and look for how you can make changes in your daily regimen to enhance your own fitness level. Also finding a good coach here on the site and joining a group could help as well.

You will only get out of your body what your are willing to do to it and for it!

Maybe you can talk to her about your goals and start asking her about the food that she's making. Maybe she just doesn't know about healthy food items out there and needs some direction. Pinterest has been an absolute boon for healthy eating and my wife is constantly searching it for new ideas on eating healthy. People have some amazing recipes that are absolutely good for you but taste so good that you don't "care" that it's not junk food.
