Hey Everyone,
With a lot of help from a looking at Yoga4myback's mini P90x doubles schedule, I was able to create a workout program I will be doing for the next 90 days that incorporates 10 min trainer, 10 min trainer deluxe, 10 min One on One, Power90 fat burning system,Tony Horton's Ho' Ala ke Kino and DDPYoga (not from Beachbody). Attached is the schedule I plan to, If any coaches or members have suggestions or advice on tweaking the schedule I would love to hear it!
