Congrats on being 5 weeks into Slim in 6!! That is awesome!! Is your goal to lose weight, tone up, or both? I LOVE ChaLEAN Extreme. I've done it and P90X and agree with the guy the posted above me--P90X can be tough on your knees. ChaLEAN is really good about showing modifications and the cardio is not a lot of jumping which helps protect the knee. You can use weights or bands with ChaLEAN as well. I reached my goal weight using it and TurboFire. TurboFire is high impact, but they have 2-3 great low-impact workouts you could eventually get and work in too.

I think you'd like Chalene Johnson the trainer since you've had a woman on the dvds before. Are you following a meal plan too?
