hybrid of Tai Cheng and CLX
What is the best way to begin Tai Cheng but continue to do the CLX Lean for Life workouts? Is anybody using Tai Cheng in addtion to a more intense workout program?

I used it as my exclusive program but would do another workout or run every now and again. If you are wanting to alternate days, I would use Tai Cheng in place of recovery or stretch days. If you are just wanting to add perhaps the CLX in the morning and Tai Cheng at night to fight getting stiff and being sore the next day.
