Hey everyone,
I am into my 3rd week of P90x2 and I am completely loving it! The workouts are awesome and it is wiping me into awesome shape! Since P90x2 is focused on lots of balance work, core work, and flexibility/mobility, I have noticed huge gains in my surfing ability(as well as running and other activities). I am a lot more responsive when riding and also lighter/quicker on my feet. The balance has helped me tremendously. I've also noticed that I can surf longer! Has anyone else noticed significant gains in a particular activity or sport? I'm looking for a workout buddy to finish P90x2 with me, so let me know if you're in!
