but wont i look even more bulky if i have more amounts of protien when i am already overweight? i always used to have a lot of protiens like peanut butter, chicken brst. i used to have sweet potato in month one but i felt myself bulking with muscle especially the chest area. when u are short like 5"1' too much of bulkiness in ur chest area would look odd right? i have been to gym before but i wasnt trained by any instructor, still i gained nuscle which is now covered with fat. the only goal i want to achieve with insanity is to simply burn the fat off. Just becuz of my fat i dont look good in t-shirts or formal shirts....and frankly speaking thats very depressing...!
No. No one food item can make you bulky....the only thing that can do so is lifting really heavy weight and eating a surplus of calories.
Protein is essential for muscle repair and synthesis, so adding more to your diet definitely won't hurt you and will probably help.
