Suggestion for additional programs
It would be good to have a fitness program for older people and kids. As far as older people, I would like to see my parents have something they would not be afraid to try. Low impact and overall health improvement. As far as kids go, we all know the problem with childhood obesity and inactivity. If kids had something fun to work out to, it might really help many children learn healthy habits to last a lifetime. Maybe even a program the whole family does together.

Ten Minute Trainer and the Shakeology Workouts are pretty good for older folks, especially if they are in semi decent shape.

If not, the "Tony and the Folks" is very low impact. I have my mother and father doing that workout. Its a bit hilarious to watch it, but it does get their hearts pumping.

Both Tony Horton and Shaun T have workouts for kids. I think it would be kind of difficult to be able to incorporate all those different levels into one program. You can modify certain movements, but I think it would either be too easy for someone, or too difficult for others.

With that being said, if someone was able to do that, that would be amazing.
