It is wonderful to join a group and get that extra motivation you need!
I have done P90X and am presently doing Insanity. Both programs are incredible. Beachbody has such an array of products available to choose from. What program are you doing or have done? emoticon

I'm still working Insanity - but I am thinking about future programs. I probably want to do Insanity one more time and then am thinking about trying something new.

The habit of exercise takes a lot of work to achieve. Staying motivated can be challenging. Staying away from the bad foods. Squeezing the time in to press play and then sometimes life happens. So today I will revisit my "why" surround myself with people who want the samething. How do you all stay motivated and on track?

Had a GREAT cardio recovery workout today, I held everything which means....... I'm getting stronger! emoticon Now to complete this day with smart food choices. Have a great day everyone! I know mine has to be better than yesterdays!

I'm hoping to get a run in tonight - my daughter has a soccer game! I still haven't tried the shake you posted here. I have been adding spinach to my shakes every morning!
I can feel summer coming - I want to feel great this summer!!!!!
