How long have you been doing the Asylum? How much are you eating (calories) daily?

Hello. You have to be eating enough calories for one. If your not eating the required amount you could be in storage mode and you wont lose the pounds. Also there could be something in your diet that is holding you back and you might not even know it. If your only in your first month, then you most likely wont see on the scale results right away. Sometimes it takes 4 weeks to see anything. Just stick with it!

Nutrition is key, you need to eat enough but not too much so your body don't release Cortisol.

If these are your first weeks it is normal that you don't lose any weight, Insanity is a extreme workout that puts a lot of stress on your body that can cause cortisol release that will cause water retention. Hopefully will a clean and steady nutrition your body will adapt and stop releasing cortisol.

How much calories are you eating each day and what macros are you using? are you tracking your nutrition?
