Ive done insanity and P90x, but stopped for a few months. Im ready to get back on track and shred some weight and build muscle. Anybody have some tips and extra motivation they can give me? thanks emoticon

Hey! Are you thinking of doing a repeat of P90X or Insanity? Or a new program? You could get the P90X + discs or the Insanity deluxe workouts and start a new round with those. Sometimes a good motivator is to try an entirely new program -- are you more into the weights or the cardio side of exercising?
