Changes in the last two months
So after hernia surgery in July, I finally got started on a new round of P-90X in September and by the time I got done with that in Dec I felt about where I was before the hernia surgery.... Anyway, I added a weighted vest to my routine this time. I'm 5 weeks into this round... Here is the a couple of pics showing what happened in the last 2 months.

Killer results man! Thats awesome. How did you like adding the weighted vest? Did it help with your muscle building results?

I have been using the vest on chest and back days.... On the back days I know it's building lats as I've been doing a strict pull up. And when I'm doing chest I think the extra weight has been helping build my core more than it has impacted my chest because the extra weight has primarily forced me to work harder to keep my back straight with no sag in the middle.

I also use it on every other plyo day. I'll tell you this when I use it on plyo days it kills me, then the next time I feel like I can do yo forever with no extra weight on me.

I use it for the legs and back workouts and that too has added a lot of strength to my legs!

I was wondering about that! Ive been thinking about adding one mainly because i used to lift weights and i miss my bench press. I was wondering if it helped with the chest at all but i bet it does work your core more. Makes sense! ON leg day also that would really help! Thanks for the info man!

You bet... I still like to think it adds a little something g to chest, but it does cost you some reps so??? I will say this for sure. It has made an impact on my back and my legs and with plyo it's huge for adding explosion.... Jump knee tucks with a vest is just a little different AND it hurts bad!
