Wow - thanks everyone! I'm so used ot limiting carbs etc for weight loss it will take me a bit to turn that around. When I started a month ago I was 73kgs and am still 168cms

(am Australian so you'll have to work out how that equates to your measurements!) Ideally I'm healthiest at 65kgs. This week is recovery so I've got a week to get my food sorted before I hit true insanity!!
