Hey there everyone,
I've just finished my first recovery week of P90X and I have a few questions. Although I think I've lost some inches (finally, YAY!) I dont see anything in the mirror or in my clothes..Also, I havent gaine dmuch strength yet. I still have to do push-ups on my knees, and don't get me started on pull-ups! Am I just being too impatient?
I admit that I didn't try Yoga until my recovery week..I had read a lot of negative comments on it, but oh my gosh, it's proabbaly the most difficult DVD of P90x! I'm defenitly putting that back into my weekly routine. I've also noticed that my core is really weak (like non-existent weak) and I was wondering if it was effecting my results. Should I maybe do Core Synergistics weekly, in stead of kenpo maybe?
Before anyone asks, I'm 5.5''..When I last weighed myself I was 150. I tossed my scale since it's so useless, haha. I eat 1500 calories (finally took the plunge and up my cals
