I lost 4.5 pounds during week 1 with very little effort, was never hungry. I was excited! I was thinking "wow!, if I could lose this much over week one, this will will awesome!". Then week 2 and the detox, my weight stayed steady for the first 3 days, no loss, nada! Then on the 4th day of week 2, my weight actually increased a little (about half a pound).
Has anyone else had this experience?? I'm having a hard time understanding how I loss so quickly in week one, but now nothing in week 2 despite now animal protein, no dairy and all the detox.
Would love to hear if anyone else experienced this. I had hoped to lose at least 10 pounds and now here I am half way through and less than 5 pounds lost.
