Day 63:

switch kicks: 62 (38% increase)
Power jacks: 57 (67% increase)
Power knees: 97 (39% increase)
Power jumps: 34 (70% increase)
Globe jumps: 11 (57% increase)
Suicide jumps: 15 (25% increase)
Push up jacks: 32 (68% increase)
Low plank oblique: 58 (45% increase)

taking 1 week break to let body recover then going to take after pictures.....emoticon

Yes starting p90x on 2/11/13. Gonna do light workouts this week. Want to focus on muscle, and continue to lean up, and I already have p90x from a 2 years ago. Then plan to go back to insanity....
