I am in the middle of week 6 and have been following the program exactly. I really thought I would have seen some results by now. I have been watching what I eat most of the time. I think I am starting to feel different, but the cellulite is still there and I am no where near passing the pencil test. I'm starting to get frustrated. I am 5'3", 118lbs and in pretty good shape except fot my butt. (pear shaped) When can I expect to see a difference?

Hi Pam

Let's take a look at how many calories you're consuming daily. Got ya at 5'3 and 118lbs, how old are you? How do you track your calories? Do you use MFP or other similar app?

I am 39. I am very good at maintaining my weight. Even without working out, I rarely gain weight, so I really thought if I cut out some treats on most days and worked out 6 days a week it would be easy, right? I cut out junk food, except for an occasional splurge. On most days I consume about 1400 calories.

Great....
So your BMR is 1336 calories. Don't go below that number or your body will hold on to your fat stores. Basically your body needs those GOOD calories in order to "live". If it doesn't get it, it will go into "starvation mode" and hold the fat not knowing when it will get the nutrients.

Now, it's okay to have a cheat meal or treats now and again, but keep in mind, you body needs "quality" nutrients in those calories.

Thanks Stephanie. Maybe I wasn't eating quite enough. I was certainly hungry alot. I guess I will just keep at it and hope to see more results soon.
