cooking routine microwave

Hey Guys, first of all I am James and i am very new to this "everything" .

First of all, i like cooking, the problem is i don't know how to and when. (BIG PROBLEM)

What i want to ask is that, can any of you guys share me your cooking routines about what to cook, how to ready up all food for the whole day or next day because i dont really have all day to cook cuz im busy, LIKE YOU GUYS!

Anyways, Ive also thought about like cooking all my food at night for the next day but it is going to be cold for sure, second thought of microwaving it. One question.. is microwaving food HEALTHY? or like dangerous or something? Talking about Length of time in microwave vs frequency of using microwave. so is it still ok to use microwave? Sorry for my bad english.

I cook a little every day but also more on the weekends.

I love chicken so normally I will boil and shred some chicken on the weekends so I can add it to what ever I am eating for some extra protein.

I normally do shakology for breakfast eat dinner before I go to work, I work night so that is like 5pm and then pack my lunch before work which is a protein and veg, my husband doesn't diet for work out and is not fond of healthy so I try to make whatever he's eating just a little healthier and then skip the starch.

I have had this problem also but now have to prepare my shopping list each week I buy enough fruit, vegetables, meat, fish to last me at least 3 to 4days that is considering what Im going to be making because I like to have fresh produce this takes at least a hour or so to come up with a eating plan this includes what my girlfriend will be eating as well, I have developed it to suit our work and studies so it probably will be different for you. This to me is the most important part of exercising because before when I wasnt planned and doing the insanity workouts I got to the 2nd month and burned out because I wasnt getting the right intake of food. I gave up for at least a week and in that time I thought to myself why have I got low energy levels? and found out it was all over not eating good foods all throughout the day so here I am, week two into my 2nd month of insanity and still pumped I have also added p90x into my routine I was going to wait till the end but have put it in only because I have planned my weeks good.I dont microwave stuff that much duing the day I have sandwiches and fruit in the afternoon and have oatmeal, toast peanutbutter in the morning YUM! also a wrap with vegetables egg white, there are soo many ideas out there to use your mission is to find them and use as many of them as you can. any way thought I would share you my story and I hope you succeed with your eating quest.

If you have a VIP membership here check out the Thin kitchen meals they are all pretty quick and easy to get together. You can also check out skinnytaste.com and skinnyms.com. They are two websites I have added to this Thin kitchen meals because they have great meals that are low cal, fit the nutrition plan, and are pretty quick and easy to make. Best part is most if not all of them are designed to feed families so when you make one you can portion out the remainders to have a few meals through out the week without needing to cook.
