Starting Insanity February 4th
Im excited to start Insanity tomorrow. I stay busy all the time and usually cant find the time to go to gyms. This will be my first time doing any sort of workout DVD program. Its nice to be able to do it the comfort of my own home though. I hear Insanity is quite the challenge but Im up for it.

Hello. Congrats on starting Insanity. Thats awesome you decided to take the plunge. emoticon

Just get your mind right and be prepared to work your butt off. Its going to really challenge you but in the end it will be totally worth it. Prepare yourself, your mind and your kitchen and you will be just fine! I wish you the best!

Thanks Corrie, Insanity is definately a challenge but I enjoy it. Watching the dvd and following the moves with the time counting down pushes me alot more than lifting weights and other exercises. It has me working harder to try to complete the workouts before the time runs out instead of going at my own pace which usually ends up with alot of wasted time.

Congrats on starting Insanity! Im a few days after you, did my fit test on the 4th of February.

I have The same problem with trying to push myself. What helps me is that when he says "10 more seconds" just go in full speed.

I too started insanity on February 4. It has really been kicking my butt, but I am loving it. I can already feel a difference after 6 days. I can't wait for day 30 and 60. I hope you stick with it.

Hope you guys are still sticking to it! Ive been right on schedule with the workouts. Definately feeling good. Although the 2nd fit test I didnt really turn out better results. Im not worried about it though. I think the reason I got higher numbers the first time was because my form wasnt as good. Not too big of a fan of the fit test because I think everytime I do it Im gonna be more flexible and have a better form and sink deeper into the squats and extend my arms and body up with the globe jumps and so on.. which Ive been trying to focus on.
