After December it looks like you're starting all over again?
This post is for those who were struggling with temptations in the holidays, for those who gain a little pounds in December after months of workouts, but are on track now.
For me, honestly it wasnt easy, I gain a little weight that I revored in January, but still in January it was hard, I hardly exercised and now and then I ate things that I shouldnt, honestly I dont know how I revored but now it's the time to say "ENOUGH" because that's how everything began once, so it's time to say "ENOUGH" shut our mouths and excercise.
Did someone lost his/her fight in December as well?

The holidays and the boring winter in general can be some of the hardest times to be motivated and to diet. Its a social time of year with the different gatherings but also the lulls of winter kick in and make things worse. Thats awesome that your taking a stand and saying ENOUGH! I wish you the best!

Diet is the hardest part for me, I work 3 nights a week in an emergency room and some days and weekend 14 hour shifts at an urgent care center where there is no one to cover me for lunch and you stuff it in when you can

Like today I got up at 130p, worked out at 4p and went to work at 6p

even if I eat my other piece of chicken I brought my total calories would be 800, and I doubt I am going to get to it leaving me around 600
