Hi everyone!

I took my fit test yesterday (2/3/13) and just finished my first Plyometric Cardio Circuit (2/4/13). It was a struggle, but I feel awesome!! I know that you're more inclined to keep with a program when you have a buddy, so I am looking for some buddies who are starting Insanity or who have done Insanity and can give me some tips emoticon I have a looong way to go to get to the body I want, but after finishing today's workout, I am very optimistic about what Insanity will do for my body. New friends appreciated!

Hi, I am doing Insanity. I started in October and finished my first round but struggled a lot. I hurt my knee twice but kept working through it and modified where I needed and feel so much stronger. Now I am working on my diet so I can lose 20 to 30 pounds. Already I have lost fat and toned up muscle and my back is so much stronger and I never have back pain at work like I did before so I am seeing wonderful results but still working toward a goal of more weight loss. I started my second round of Insanity in December and am now in the second month and able to do the workouts without hurting myself and I feel so much stronger. When I am finished with this round I am going to start again with a very focused diet and I am going to get some advanced workouts to add to this program. This program really works, just stay motivated and keep working at it each day.

I just started today, with the fit test. I tried each of the workouts in the first month a few times to get into the routine. Looking forward to getting into the program full time.

Hang in there, it won't get easier, but you will get better. I think the secret is getting into a set routine for the first couple of weeks. Then you get to the second fit test and see the results.
