I'm already using the bands instead of pull-ups, since I can't do those but some of the other exercises like upright rows with bands is starting to hurt my wrist. So there is no written down list of alternate exercises? I must have been dreaming it

P90X provided the DVDS nad they show mods on the DVD's. There is also a book included, that explains exercises with modifications, but usually with a band for pull ups.
Again, if you give me the specific exercises you are looking for alternatives for, I can help you.
For example.
Row - do seated row with band, close grip or wide grip row with dumbbells, dumbbell pull overs. If bent over rows are hurting your wrist, try relaxing your grip. Let your back do the work, not your arms.....by relaxing your grip, it will take the stress of your wrists and arms and force the back ( lats /rhomboids ) to to what they are intended to do with this exercise.
