So now that I'm in week 4. I have some questions: when do I do the cario abs workout I have been doing it right after the regular workout on the same cd. Is that right or wrong. Also, what should I do if I miss a day? skip that workout and stick with the calendar or just continue on and do a workout on Sunday? Any suggestions for catching my breath would be appreciated.

Hey! Congratulations on making it this far!! emoticon I did cardio abs right after but there is not a wrong or right way to do it. It just is what works best with your schedule. If you do it right after though just make sure to watch your form even closer than normal because you are fatigued after an Insanity workout. But again--there is no right answer emoticon Right after is great.

If you just miss a day, I would make it up and be caught up by Sunday. emoticon If you miss more than one, I would just stick with the calendar and push my completion date back. Does that make sense?

Do you have a favorite workout so faR? How are your results coming in month 1?

Thanks for the response. I didn't weigh myself but I have so much more energy I actually look forward to getting up at 5 am to do a workout before work. This is the most motivational program I have ever done not to mention the toughest. Again thanks for the input

Sounds like it's going great for you, that's awesome! it's a tough workout, but a great feeling of accomplishment when you're done emoticon Totally agree with the above on your original questions.
