Start of week 4 - results slowing down????
hi all

im just starting week 4 but noticed the weight loss has slowed down. in week one i lost 5lbs, week 2 i ost 3lbs and end of week three i maintained. i eat appx 2700 - 3000 cals per day but as im focusing on weight loss i eat the lower amount most days. i am noticing changes to my body but i am sightly worried at the slow progress. is this normal and will month two offer better results. in month two i aim to take in more carbs due to the demands of the max workouts

any ideas

Many people I talk to don't even lose any weight in month 1 so it sounds like you're already ahead of the game. With the intensity level in month 2 I think you'll start to see the scale move again. I lost 0 lbs in month 1 and lost 17 lbs in month 2 myself.

Was this your first attempt and where you happ with your results. I started off at 16st 5lbs so glad I saw a good initial decrease. Probably building muscle too
